20 Unit mixed minimum order required.
First order must be prepaid (no additional fees will apply). Visa, MasterCard, Amex accepted.
Company check preferred thereafter, Net 15 terms (as established).

A 3% Service fee will be assessed to all credit card charges after the first order.
Overdue accounts will be assessed a service charge of 1% per month.
New orders cannot be placed if an account is overdue.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping on orders $999 or less. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Products or goods purchased from Natures Love shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Natures Love and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground (terms and conditions apply), estimated delivery 3-4 days, unless specifically denoted.
Wholesale customer pays for shipping on all orders of $999 or less. Orders of $1000 or more will receive FREE shipping.
Returns accepted for Manufacturing defects only. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
If the order arrives damaged, immediate photo documentation of the damages (including a photo of the outside of the package as it arrived as well as a photo of the damaged product) is required to file an insurance claim. Please remit photo documentation of the damages to email@example.com for assistance. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days and replacement items will be sent at no additional cost.
If package does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us at (970) 571-7959 M-F 9:00am – 5:00pm MST or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will be happy to assist you in opening an investigation with FedEx. For immediate service, you may also call FedEx directly at (800) 463-3339 and provide them your tracking information to open an investigation. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days . A charge for re-shipment may apply.
If a package gets returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address provided by customer or for other reasons) the customer must pay for re-shipment in full.
We do not ship International Orders at this time.
Returns are available for manufacture defect only. Returns must be submitting in writing directly to your sales representative or Natures Love head office and must provide photo documentation, quoting invoice number and reasons for return. No returns are acceptable without Natures Love prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer

Nature’s Love Vape Cartridge Product Line
WARNING: Because we refuse to use artificial emulsifiers or carrier oils, natural crystallization of the extract may occur! It can be avoided if stored properly, and melting instructions are enclosed with each cartridge. Each cartridge is custom manufactured per order and returns cannot be accepted for crystallization of the extract NOR can returns or exchanges be made after 30 days of purchase for any reason.
